I'd be curious to have a third-party take on how well the year-long scientific debate I just finished moderating abided by these rules. It was about whether large-scale quantum computers will be feasible to build, and featured a well-known Israeli mathematician and American physicist/computer scientist.

Yes, I know. I don't think I've ever seen a debate/discussion that obeyed all those rules.
